1. Shipping Destination

Currently, we exclusively ship to the United States.

  • Important Note: We currently do not ship to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), or P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to provide reliable and transparent shipping for all our customers.

3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During this time, we carefully inspect each product to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your Tracking Number.

  • Tracking numbers are typically updated within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • You can monitor your package’s journey anytime via our Track Order page or the carrier's website.

5. Taxes & Duties

Fitwarm covers all applicable taxes and duties for U.S. deliveries. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees or surprise charges upon arrival.

6. Shipping Address & Modifications

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Fitwarm is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Changes: If you notice an error, please email us at support@fitwarmpet.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once processing has started, we cannot modify or cancel your order.

7. Package Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please verify that:

  1. You have received the correct items.

  2. The packaging is intact and undamaged.

    If there is visible damage or missing items, please contact us at support@fitwarmpet.com within 3 business days before discarding any packaging materials.

8. Delays & External Factors

During high-demand periods (such as Black Friday or holidays) or due to uncontrollable factors (such as extreme weather or local postal delays), delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will always work with our carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
