At Fitwarm, every piece is crafted with care, and we want both you and your furry friend to adore your purchase. If something doesn't fit or you’ve changed your mind, we are here to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the health and safety of all our furry customers, items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original "new" condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Hygiene: Items must be strictly free of pet hair, dander, odors, or any signs of wear/damage.

  • Exclusions: Personalized items, custom-made products, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Exchanges

To get your pet the perfect fit as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • The Quickest Way: Please place a new order for the desired size or style and follow the return process for the original item. This ensures the replacement item doesn't sell out while your return is in transit.

3. Return Process

  • Window: Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Timeline: Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back to us within 15 days.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected (to ensure it is free of pet hair and damage), we will process your refund.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed by our team after we receive your return. (Note: Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account).

  • Check the Size Chart: Every pet is unique! Please measure your pet and check our specific size charts carefully before ordering, as different styles may have different measurements.

  • Color Accuracy: Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@fitwarmpet.com within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right immediately.
